Mr. Colin M. Waterton – Chief Operating Officer
He was the first MD of ASL from 1999 – 2004, taking the company from low key provider of the MMIA basement to the ASL Headquarters within those years and putting the name ASL in the forefront of the catering sector. He is a fellow of both the Institute of Management Consultants and Cost Management. Colin, a trained Chef and Food and Beverage Manager with over 40 years experience, still has an unbridled passion for the Hospitality & Catering industry. Having worked with a number of celebrity chefs, most notably Floyd of TV fame, he has developed unique cuisine using traditional African recipes and ingredients but combined with modern food techniques, this African flavour has been learnt in over 35 years in the continent having worked in Kenya, Liberia, Gabon and Nigeria, working extensively with hotel industry across Africa including the Hilton, Sheraton and intercontinental Groups. Colin is the Publisher of the quarterly Hospitality & Catering Magazine.


Mr. Noel Nwafor – Business Development Manager
Noel is a versatile and well-rounded business manager with over 18 years multiple industry experience in sales, business development, supply chain management and project management. He holds MBA from Cranfield School of Management, UK (2008) and the APMP/IPMA Qualification in project management from Association for Project Management (apm), UK. Before joining ASL, he held various management positions in Nigeria and the United Kingdom including Tenders Manager, SCOA Nig. Plc; Leasing Manager, R.T. Briscoe Nig. Plc; General Manager (Business Development) Arco Petrochemical Engineering Co. Ltd., General Manager, Carden Energy Services Ltd. and Demand Manager, T-Systems Limited, UK; where he won and managed various multi-million US dollar deals and accounts. He was a member of the T-System’s commercial team that managed T-Mobile UK’s account. He also consulted for several companies including Vodafone Global Supply Chain, UK. Noel is a member of Nigerian Institute of Management Chartered (NIM) and Association for Project Management (apm), UK.


Mrs. Olapeju Shebioba – Chief Finance Officer
Peju is a fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA). She has over 20 years accounting experiences. Peju started her career with KPMG audit and held various management positions in National Oil and Chemical Marketing Plc, Travelex and Bi-Courtney Aviation Services Ltd prior to joining ASL.


Mr. Arlindo Dias de Freitas – Operations Manager, Lagos and Abuja.
Arlindo has extensive experience, which span over 2½ decades, covering various department of LSG Sky Chefs, 100% subsidiary of Lufthansa, ranging from food production,
operations, business development, controlling, sales and customer service, lean manufacturing and general management.


Mr. Abhulimen Ehimen – Quality Assurance Manager
Abhulimen is a Microbiologist with over 20 years experience, a member of the Nigerian Society of Microbiologist (NSM), and also a member of the Association of Industrial Microbiologist of Nigeria (AIMN). Prior to joining ASL as the pioneer Quality Assurance Manager in the year 2000, he worked 9 years with Farmex Meyer Ltd, a pharmaceutical company as the senior Microbiologist.


Mrs. Bukola Anyanwu – HR/Admin. Manager
Bukola holds a BA in Mass Communication and is currently a member of the Nigerian Institute of Management. Prior to joining ASL, Bukola worked with Tequila Nigeria Limited and served in management capacity with Richardson & Briggs an international public relations company.


Mr. Christito Villaruel – Facilities Manager
Tito has over 30 years’ international experience in engineering services and facilities management in the aviation industry. Before joining ASL, he held various engineering positions with several airlines in Nigeria, Saudi Arabia and the Philippines. Tito is an Aircraft Maintenance Engineering graduate from Feati-University, Manila, Philippines.
